Hulk heals on a cellular level

His hair takes after his Banner persona. Banner is bald on the top so Hulk/Maestro is bald as well.

Supes takes 6-7/10 in a standard (good) fight. Start adding stips, the numbers change.

Not for a majority.

This is basically amped versions of Superman vs Hulk, IMO, and as Id vote for Superman normally, Ill support his KC version to win here. BUT, it would NOT be a slaughter or beatdown, and Maestro would get his share of wins, though I see KC Superman getting more of them in the end.

Simple as that, yes.
