I'd say it's something of a coinflip situation.

I'd give a slight edge to team due 2 because Maj has little compuncture about ending foes.

Way better rapport and team work, and while Diana might be the physically weakest here, she's definitely one of the most skilled, has better overall defenses, and has potentially game changing standard equipment.
