Who wins?

Depends on the version of Rulk used. LF Rulk would brutally murder Korg, Caier and maybe Hiroim.

With the rest of his team, there should be enough power to dispatch with Hiro-Kala and Scaar.

If it's current Rulk, then H-K or Skaar would tip the balance to team Caiera.

H-K was freakishly powerful with the "Old Power", moreso than anything his mum ever demonstrated. And Skaar can do monstrous damage with trillions of tonnes of force that would be generated in the battlefield.

So ... LF Rulk = T2 for the majority.
Regular Rulk = T1 for the majority.

Red She Hulk was able to bang with WBH and WBH was being hit by class 100 character was power was increased by 1000 so if that's all true she might solo

RSH at her best is able to give RH a bit of a fight.

Oh and the HOTM feat of hanging with Hulk was purely due to the Wishing Well amping her up to Hulk's level of power (for the duration of the fight).

Without that amp, she's basically some distance behind the likes of Rulk.

RSH was able to punch through dimensions at her normal base levels for whatever that's worth

It's an impressive feat, but not sure she operates at that level any more.

Reading her adventures with Machine Man... She seems to be somewhere between Thing and Thor (stronger than the former, but not as strong as the latter).
