I have to wonder if they'll bar openly gay athletes from competing in the Sochi Winter Olympics. It wouldn't surprise me, but then the Olympics are as much about putting on your best face for the international community as they are about domestic pride, so this kind of aggressive pander-to-the-nationalist-traditionalist-base nonsense may not fly there.
