Yeah, reiki and youki would cut it since they are spiritual energies like haki.

Is this Yusuke before his demon blood awakening or after? Also, are they fighting in the cave or in the Makai world?

Yusuke was borderline DBZ w/ the demon possession. Now before the demon upgrade, he has been fighting class B demons who are able to take over the human world.

without demon possesion btw. and i do think the spiritual energy he uses can counter logias
