Being Seagal, he might take the H2H, although Smith is strong enough to drive a carrot through a man's skull, which is outright superhuman strength when you think about it, not to mention he was able to kill a guy by stabbing him with a knife that was impaled in his own hand, which, combined with everything else, shows outright superhuman damage soak. But like I said, it's Seagal, who usually takes down his opponents by breaking their bones, which I can see him doing to Smith.
