I think he beats Harribel in base and Primera Etapa.
He defeats Starrk with Segunda Etapa.
But I don't see him beating Barragan.

My personal ranking of Espada is this:
1. Barragan
2. Ulquiorra
3. Starrk
4. Harribel
No. 5 and further I leave them as they are.

So, do you think Ulquiorra should be higher?
What's your personal ranking of the Espada?

For the "OMGWTFBBQ" plot twist. I believe Kubo mentioned he regretted that twist though.

Yammy could be defeated by:
Respira
Cero Oscuras or Lanza del Relampago
Cero Metralleta or Wolves
Cascada and La Gota or Hirviendo

Yammy is the Cero Espada, the most powerful of all Espada. On-panel, Ulquiorra is trash in comparison.

Well, he's not beating Hallibel in base seeing as she has superior base feats than him aside from speed. Nor is Ulquiorra going to come close to beating base Starrk.

Nah, Starkk CM's him.

Him beating Baraggan is probable if the King of Heuco Mundo is IC.
