The Espada from Bleach (no Nelliel) invades Narutoverse.
All of them are at full power (as if they are in Las Noches, were there powers are at 100%).
Narutoverse can damage them, but Hierro is still there, so basic cuts are not doing damage. And all of them are working as a team.
The Ninja world will not come all at once. Infinite stamina.

So how far the Espada can manage to survive? Or they destroy all the Ninja world?

Who do they attack first? Who is around? Are they attacking the villains as well? Are the Bijuu around?

The ninjas are better at prepping and working together, as the Espada are not exactly known for working together or employing strategies.
The higher tiers such as Naruto and Madara completely outclass the Espada when it comes to raw power, destructive capacity, and probably hax as well, though Barragan's Respira could only be countered with Kamui. Speed and latent durability (Hierro) likely go to the Espada.

At this point, the top dogs of the Naruto-verse (Tobi, Madara, Hashirama, Naruto & the Bijuu) are quite above the Espada. They'd be enough to stop the Espada.

But whatever. Madara and Hashirama team up, b****-slap the Espada and then go to a waterfall and release their century old pent-up sexual frustration for each other.

They start in the top left corner of the map, in the Land of Earth.
This is before the war, before Danzo and Sasuke fight and the countries decide to make an alliance. And the Espada don't take different paths, they all remain as a team.

The ninjas are not aware that the Espada had appear.
As the countries are each on their own, each country fight the Espada by itself, unless it has an alliance and requests backup (like Konoha and Suna).

Any ninja that died before Danzo vs Sasuke are revived. So Oro is alive, and if he sees them as a threat, he can use Edo Tensei and summon whatever person he wants. Jinchuuriki are still alive, also Akatsuki are revived, but they are not reunited, but scattered around the continent in pairs and still looking for the Jinchuurikis.

So, in other words, the ninja world as it was before the Kage Summit, all people dead are revived, and all are living their normal lives without realizing the Espada has appeared.
So can Espada even defeat the Land of Earth?

Given the stipulations Kabuto likely already has Edo Madara and could probably get his hands on the Shinigami Mask to get the Edo Hokage. And once he here's about Kirigakure getting it's shit pushed in(which WILL happen since no one but Bee could last any significant amount of time) he'll be very quick to do so.

Basically what I'm saying is Kabuto wins barring Barragan(and Senior Pumpkin but he's about as dumb as you get) just haxing the shit out of everything. But even then things like Shisui's eye and Kamui(Kakashi's for offense) give them ways to indirectly deal with them.

So Im like wondering, would the ninjas be able to see the espada?

Anyways Naruto lends Kakashi an absurd ammount of chakra and the copy ninja kamuis them all to hell.
