i personally believe that akhenaten, celestials, and apocalypse all suppose to represent the anunnakis, the ancient aliens who came down to earth and created man and the world.
but enough about that, whodo you think wins akhenaten or celestials?

TheGodKiller
Akhenaten.

Also, Celestials have been confirmed to have been based on the Ancient Astronaut myth.

its not a myth this is reality, look at all the cultural symbols and cave paintings from cultures all over the world.
you will see the same thing either the maia or sumerians, or babylons, egyptians, ancient greeks, all were worshiping giants gods that look like a man, those are the anunnakis.
akhenaten is a reference to them since he got his powers from them.
apocalypse is also a reference to them.

Apocalypse got his power(and I am not talking about his mutant abilities here) from the Celestials.

Ergo, the Celestials ARE the Ancient Astronauts in the Marvelverse.

Endless Mike
Also the Kree

based on feats, the celestials' recent feat pretty much dwarfs anything akhenaten has done, the best i remember him doing is upsetting the balance of the universe with his arrival, on the other hand the celestials have low showings, unlike Akhenaten, who only lost against thanos with the full power of THOTI.

........i also recall eternity being partially depowered as a result of akhenaten's arrival, which indicates that he's more powerful than eternity, and the celestials themselves are merely figments of eternity's imagination.

so it really depends on how you look at it, imo.

eh, I don't know how that holds up anymore, considering that the Celestials have recently been revealed as the architects of the multiverse.

Endless Mike
It could mean Multi-Eternity

Mr Master
Akhenaten stomps! Any and all save for one who is merged with THOTI.

Simple.

Akhenaten literally "mastered" the HOTI.

But ... Thanos was the HOTI!

Nope.

The Celestials were pretty much responsible for making most of the main 2 or 3 alien races that interact with Earth(the Skrulls being notable as well).

Marvel's Celestials are so ridiculously tied in to the comic book interpretation of the Ancient Astronaut myth, that the fact of the matter is literally indisputable at this point.

Endless Mike
Just saying that the Kree visited Earth in the past and messed with stuff too.

Wasn't a celestial recently killed by an asgardian enchanted axe?

:/

TheGodKiller
^Yep.
