But they really don't translate between one another. Ring v. Mjolnir isn't the same as Thor v. Hal.

I'm repping the ring over in that thread. But this one is Thor all the way. His energy soak has ALWAYS made him a bad matchup for GLs.

I thought it would be interesting putting PC Hal era against Thor (anything goes). Who do you see winning and why?

It's a good fight, no doubt. Thor wins though. He can block or negate most of the ring's more exotic things, and his energy soak and redirection is a kicker.

I wonder if Thor can resist a mind screw from Hal. He did possess the JLA and on top of that can negate most of Thor's attacks.

Pre crisis Hal could just stop time. GL stomps.
