Current Kingpin wouldn't fare well against Batroc.

is a pointless statement, if he isn't intending the best feats from both characters.

Meaning Classic Fisk's feats apply, the same they would with any other character (Do we not dip back into the Silver Age for Thor? Or into the 1970's/80's for Shang Chi or Iron Fist?)

He has been punked quite easily as of recent date, enough for Batroc to school him without too much trouble.

Lets not lowball here, its a two way street. Batroc just got oneshitted but Deadpool recently. While Fisk was shown crushing statues with his fingertips, literally ripping ninjas apart like a month ago and almost ripping Black Cat's cybernatically enhanced arms off several months ago. If he is not on his classic level id say he's pretty close.

Ok, I admit that i'm a bit behind and wasnt sure. Last I saw was that he was having trouble with the likes of Lady Bullseye so I wasnt sure.

Yeah, anything close to classic and he wins.

Gut says Kingpin, heart says Batroc.

Tough call.

Agility versus durability. I personally think that Batroc would take it in the comics, if because of nothing but the respect Wolverine showed him
