Lets say that Nekron was successful in taking over the DCU in Blackest Night & is now looking take over the Council of Reeds Universe. Can the Reeds find a way to stop Nekron & his Black Lantern Army?

Reeds and unless they're being blitzed I doubt there's any threat they couldn't handle.

Sure, they'd just weaponize the white light and blast Nekron.
