Don't forget Psylocke. She has TP too. X-Women should own via TP though. Shadowcat phases them, protecting them from anything Lady Avengers could do, then Psylocke and Emma take them out via mental rape.

Without some telepathy blockers for the Lady Avengers, I see the X-Women winning this. They've got more avenues of attack and the telepathy is already problematic enough.
