Well OP didn't specify what kind of batman be it actor, voice actor or in comic alternates like Azreal or Nightwing.

Actor wise, Keaton for me (with a special place for Adam West who was a force of nature). They need to have a DKR or Batman Beyond movie so he (Keaton) can reprise the role.

Live action doesn't move me cuz I don't see the character; I see the famous actor playing the character. However, I am partial to the costumed BatBale, and to Batfleck's Bruce Wayne.
