This thread is a vs debate on which company allows Heros to get wins on villains out of their league and also which writers kinda let their fandom run wild on characters they are writing for.

Both do it to ridiculous extremes at times; I find, though, that villain decay occurs more at lower levels than it does at higher levels ie, streets and metas are bigger offenders than heralds, imo.

Heroes win and they always find a way. This out of league/tier stuff is ridiculous. Given the correct plot Hawkeye beating the Collector is quite reasonable. It's why battleboards are fails!
