Round 1: In a fight in Central City, win by KO.
Round 2: In a race, who is faster.

In a fight I'd give it to injustice flash, his ending showed he could move at continuous super speed but in a straight race I'd give it to flashpoint as he was able to go so fast he could 'quantum leap' time jump. Something beyond anything injustice flash could do. Flashpoint flashs combat speed seemed lacking also.
