No, they don't. DCnU Ollie would be a great matchup for Deadshot and Celestial Archer has some seriously uber arrows. Powered by mystic energy.

They can be powered by mystic energy all they want and have powerful tech, thats not gonna help when your fighting people who have far better shots than you me personally, i think deadshot and/or bullseye are better than anyone at what they all do in the entire line up, ollie could put up a fighy but in the end bullseye wont miss nor will deadshot..

Celestial Archer can be on another continent and still hit it's target. He's fired arrows to travel to the moon and even blocked out the sun. He's not overpowered here.

Sorry deadshot was able to keep his gun locked onto a targets head! While falling through mid-air and putting a parachute on at the same time, and he is above batman also(not impressive really) but batman himself stated that deadshot pulls his shots when fighting him(purposely missing) meaning batman probably would have been blasted during there first encounter if deadshot didnt want him alive,
bullseye and deadshot are leaps an bounds ahead of anyone on the own team, an the opposing team, they're very skilled h2h aswell, deadshot beating floyd, bullseye beating electra an daredevil

Between Ollies trick arrows and Connor's, I give the edge to Connor against Deadshot. He's also a better fighter.

No. I just don't think Bullseye or Deadshot can match him. There are other players on the field, if you look at the OP. If Hawkeye gets an arrow off (special ones), he can match Celestial Archer. In terms of sheer power of gear, there isn't anything CA can't do.

Bullseye is without a doubt the best member of his team...

I still stand by what i say, bullseye and deadshot are the best marksmen on the field, possible the best of the respective universes, but CA has them beat in the power department, but it takes talent to cut throats with a straw(bullseye)

Meh, I can see Deadshot winning as well, but team Arrow has a lot of gear to make it a good fight.
