Seeing as mangog feeds on negative energy and the runner has this feel good vibe how would it play out? What would the runners feel good vibe do to mangog?

Runner, imo. This is his to lose. There's no reason for Mangog to even touch him and Runner should be able to hurt him severely with his own attacks.

Not arguing who would win a fight between runner and thanos, but in that confrontation, runner was defeated with the use of the time gem

Stalemate since I don't think Runner can put Mangog down. However, Mangog would be nothing but a statute to Runner, since Mangog doesn't have any sort of space/time manip (unless I'm missing something) and he's not an elite speedster.

Mangog never did anything to a healthy Odin. He never even fought him.
When Odin actually faced him he easily defeated Mangog (twice).
