David is more skilled by Dick Grayson is ridiculously fast and agile so he may take it.

David takes this fight more times than not. I feel like his weaponry, skill, and willingness to kill would give him the win.

Of course Bruce would still beat Dick hard under normal circumstances but I'm sure Dick could at least land a hit or two.
