the department of supernatural affairs have started hearing rumors of a new super race of vampires which feed on not just humans but vampires and are multiplying at a terrifying rate.

They send in Hellboy to investigate the reports in europe and search certain hotspot areas. Hellboy enters an old abandon building which serves as a vampire club. he finds Nomak and his turned vampires feeding.
