It has been said that if yoda turned to the darkside, he'd wipe the floor with darth sidious. Who would win this battle?

At this moment Yoda turned, and Dooku gasped. Whether it was the play of the holomonitors, beaming their views of bleak space and distance battles, or some other trick of the light, Yoda's face was deeply hidden in the shadows, mottled black and blue, so that for one terrible instant he looked exactly like Darth Sidious. Or rather, it was Yoda as he might have been, or could yet become: a Yoda gone rotten, a Yoda whose awesome power had been utterly unleashed by the power of the dark side. In a flash Dooku saw how foolish he had been, trying to urge the old Master to the dark side. If Yoda ever turned that way, Sidious himself would be annihilated. The Universe had yet to compehend the kind of evil that a Jedi Knight of nearly nine hundred years could wield."

Without a doubt, Luke.

Yoda falling doesn't change his force potential. While it may or may not have given him a nice boost as Dooku felt- and it's not like it'd take much to put him above Palps- Luke'd be higher still.

Except Yoda falling to the dark side wouldn't simply give him a "nice boost" and put him above Palpatine. It would give him the power to solidly outclass Palpatine.

Luke isn't 200% Sidious though. :I

I'm not convinced it'd actually give him *any* boost.

It was Dooku's opinion, and Dark Siders like to go on about how the dark side is more powerful, yet in the end Jedi regularly match them strait up.

Going Dark may give a surge of power to help counteract his age, but total force potential plus training tends to decide things more than what side someone uses.
