Kas'im vs. a string of lightsaber prodigies, only passive use of the Force allowed. Duels take place where Dooku faced Anakin and Obi Wan in AotC. 15 minutes rest.

Which Grievous is this?. TCW, ROTS, or LoE/Old.

If he goes up against LoE/Old Grievous he loses at 3.

If not loses at 8.

I don't even know who this Kas'im is. But Ill say he looses at least 3

Grievous from LoE/Microseries/Comics before TCW.

Loses at 5 or 8. I don't think Jinn or Bondara could beat him.

I don't know. Believe it or not no one has actually beaten him in a straight up Saber Duel in TCW, except for Ventress who did so on a Dark Side Nexus.

But he usually goes down to Force TK.

TCW was actually kinder to him than ROTS was Imho(with the exception of getting captured by Gunguns part).

He chopped off one arm quite early on. But Grievous held his own after that. Apart from one time he was floored via a Force Push.

Fisto ran when Magnaguards came to aid Grievous so the fight never finished.

It seems every Jedi who gets the better of Grievous (on TCW show) resorts to TK attacks to get the job done. The only one whose actually beaten him him a straight up Sabers only fight is Ventress but that was on a Dark Side Nexus.
