Am I missing something? How is this not a stomp in Cage's favor?

Frank's skill advantage is significant. Faster, better stamina and more agile, too. Cage is not a common streetfighter, but he's not anywhere near Castle's level, either.

What better stamina

Cage doesn't have superhuman stamina. Only strength and durability. Slightly enhanced healing, too, but nothing that could matter during a fight.

No. He doesn't have all stats increased. Just strength and durability, the latter more than strength. Lack of stamina is his weakness as noted by Daredevil, handbook says the same thing.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Having a higher level of strength doesn't automatically mean that you have a higher endurance level especially if your a couch potato, but Cage doesn't really sit on his duff either. Handbooks aren't really the most reliable info on characters especially since they are contradicted by character showings all of the time.

I guess that we're just supposed to accept the fact that Cage can toss a city bus, but would have trouble running around around a 1/4 mile track huh?

Not just Bendis. Brubaker, too (Daredevil was able to hurt Wrecker with his own crowbar). And whoever wrote Punisher at that time (Fraction?).

Mungi is right that it wasn't intended to work like that, though.

Shadowland one-shot, Murdock states that tiring Cage out is the way to win. If DD was just bullshitting, he wouldn't challenge him into a sparring match.

Everything ever said about his powers just involves str, dur and healing (recovers perhaps as fast as Classic Beast, iirc).
