The Kryptonians.

As of now, we have concrete evidence that all Kryptonians are roughly Superman level. And everyone on Clark's team are all highly trained warriors literally genetically engineered to fight.

As for the Asgardians, Thor is the only real threat. But he pales in speed and is lesser in strength. Odin has no shown feats, Loki's illusions won't help against such heightened senses, and the Warriors Three and Sif are no help at all.

The Kryptonians win here (we go by feats).

Thor is the only threat and Clark could put him down, rather easily.

Asgardians win. Based on the fact you never said Odin couldnt use what was in his weapons vault and in it he has The Infinty Gauntlet. Also when he strips Thor of his power it looks like he is using the Odinforce as well.

Odin was able to move almost instantly and catch Loki and Thor before they fell of the bridge. So he goes from laying down in bed to fully clothed and by Thor and Loki easily. I would say that is great speed feat, better than any from MoS
