I have searched for this movie all of my adult life. It's an animated movie. In it, there's a mechanical dragon who has a penchant for wheeling around like a madman and going "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH {dramatic pause} foo!"

I have literally nothing else to go on, other than the vague recollection that the characters looked a bit like Legos (but it's not a legos movie).
