I aagree to a certain point. I've always wondered why Tony never fashioned armor? for Steve I mean just something to increase his stats to the point that he could just have something to help him take on larger threats when needed. I mean he shouldn't always wear it, but there are times that he fights guys that he just shouldn't be able to contend with.
