Rank them in overall "fighting" ability based on feats, fights, and overall record.(Chi is allowed as is certain powers like Mandarin super strength or Junzo ability to control elements or the immortals powers are allowed. I've made distinctions with certain characters. But would like to hear peoples opinions on these obscure characters ranking or tier rankings if you can. Most of these will be speculation since most of them have never met or fought one another.

First Cosmic like tier.

Second God like tier.
Ogun 1, Gamora 2(w/power up), The Beast of the Hand

It's a good list. I find it hard to place them, considering their powers and all. Sure, Mantis is more deadly then others due to her ability to harm heralds like Thor for example but if they all would be placed in the same body fighting each other, well that would be a completely different skill rating.^^

What has lady bullseye done to place her so high with someone like ogun?

Just my rough draft. Don't know much on Ogun skills. I thought I remember srank once saying Logan surpassed him in a fight or something.

Actually her ability to harm Thor by sneak attack pressure point was not the reason I have her at the very top. More due to her development of her own cotai cosmic powers of energy blasts and telepathy. I think later she even showed mind control. Now classic Mantis I have her down a bit.
