Entropy is a universal concept so I'll pick rift due to having multi-universal feats. Though from what i recall, he has a couple of bad showings against superboy, static and some others.

Did he merge the DCU/Milestone before Dharma did? Is that the feat you are talking about?

yes, he was also warping reality in the blink of an eye. And dharma did it using rift's power.
