I doubt it.

Two-Face has a slight chance of stopping him. Batroc has the best chance. Joker has a good chance of clearing. Clark Kent is woefully out of place.

Depends heavily on the writer, Joker's H2H capability varies with his insanity. On a good day pre-52 Joker beat up Cassandra Cain, this was explicitly because he was too nutty for her to read his body language, but even without that Cass is very fighty, he's also been a good fight for Batman on multiple occasions, though sometimes he just lies down without fighting at all.

Two-Face drops him.
