I've seen one episode of Uncle Grandpa. And in that he demonstrated a phanny pack that is as limitless as Link's back pocket, near plastic man level control of his belly, and knowledge of supremely powerful and reality warping items and magic.

Gonna go with him.

I was afraid of that. I can only see two options: shit grammar on my part, or Wakko is actually his own uncle/grandpa . And which one of these is more plausible I can't decide.

Wakko's parents were pencil's. His uncle should be a pen, not him.

Wakko's wish clearly shows their parents are Warner's like them.

I don't think that counts as canon as they were clearly in some renaissance despite not being created till the 40's...

Also they said they were pencils in the Dracula episode.
