Manga Wise, When will we see Ichigo go to work with his new Dual Zangetsu? What kind of powers will he wield?

most likely. as for that 2nd question, not really sure aside from seriously upgraded physical abilities, a stronger getsuga tensho and perhaps a more conscious usage of Blut Vene (assuming it's not a passive ability for him now or something). maybe too, his own version of a quincy's final form combined with the entirety of his soul reaper powers, but unlikely.
