According to a swift Google search, the weight of an average locomotive in the 1850's was around 35 tons-- which Felix was holding as a child. Bane doesn't have a brute strength feat remotely close to that yet.

That feat was insane.

... Especially for a Batman rogue.

If Bane is able to contend with Felix on any level in future issues, it'll be a huge feat for him... It'll put him in a completely different tier all together.

I was hoping they would have fought already, since both appeared in Talon.

It's starting to seem like they're angling the issues more and more for an inevitable confrontation between them.

Although if/when they fight, I'll be surprised if Bane doesn't have a lot of help.
