I say the HE because it looks cooler in that pic.

Unfortunately, all of Relic's feats are reliant on his anti-Lantern tech. All he's done so far is negate lantern attacks, redirect them back to the attacker, and drain rings/batteries.

We have absolutely nothing else to go on.
