1. Black Alice- Alice absorbs the power of both Spectres'. She then renders judgement upon Squirrel Girl, Lord Rand, Blue Marvel, Luke Cage and possibly Superman( I believe he is still protected by The Source).

This leaves Thanos, The Runner, Galactus, Mistress Death, and Shuma Gorath.

2. Amazo- Amazo absorbs the powers of Galactus, Shuma Gorath( I didn't want Alice to have all the fun with magic). I think the combined power of both destroys or at least defeats the 2 with Amazo absorbing the power of everyone else around him.

3. TAO takes hold of Thanos and uses him to defeat The Runner whom he has intimate knowledge of.

4. ZOOM- Handles or stalemates The Runner long enough for the rest to put him down just in case.

Mistress Death!

Black Alice+ Shuma Gorath empowered Amazo= Defeating Death.

Dr. Strange defeated Death, so can Alice with the combined power of Shuma Gorath.

1, Black Alice- IIRC the lolipops are mystical in nature. Alice strips them of the power and kills the Fat fury! She passes the lolipops out to her allies.

2. ZOOM- I'll give the Saint of Killers a scalp but after the first shot, everything stops.

3. AMAZO- Absorbs the power of the SOK with the guns and proceeds to gun down the rest of his foes with time stopped.

4. Brainiac- Brainiac outhinks Reed. Yes, I said it.

5. Hammond- Combats the beast that is V&V Despero psionically giving this guy...

6. Superboy Prime- To crush Despero.

7. Black Alice- Yes, Alice is back again. The Starheart is powered by magic and is one of the most powerful weapons of any universe. Thank you, Alacn Scott!

8. H'EL- H'El destroys HP Doomsday. Solo!

9. Team VS- PG Thor, Fantomex, Quire, Dodds, Punisher and PC Vartox can't defeat the combined power of the now augmented Unholy Alliance.

10. Circe- Manipulates Robert with magic and plays havoc with his psyche.

11. Brainiac- Hits Creel with nanites that flood his bloodstream and render him helpless. If this doesn't work, Black Alice steals his power as it is the product of magic.

12. Parasite- Feeds on the bounty that is Duplicate Boy.

Even if we assume all the guys you just listed get one shot(which would NEVER happen) You left some serious heavy hitters Pym listed unaccounted for. So then how is his world dead?

3. Hammond- Hammond turns the Jello mold into a play toy. It is down to the speed of thought and I go with the psionic beast.

4. H'El- H'El bombards Darwin to the point that he adapts to do one thing. Flee!

5. Annihilation- Everyone gets to Nemesis Kid at this point and he also evolves to escape. But can't!

Butterball's own damage immunity protects him from speed blitzing by Zoom or Superboy Prime, let alone anything else the team can dish out.
Meanwhile the shirt alone would prompt Prime to rush in, enraged, to try to rip Butterball apart, ensuring Prime's own doom.
Mnemon would strip the memories of any remaining sentient being nearby.
Magic users would forget their magic. Runners and herald figures would lose knowledge of how to flee. The non-sentient beings would get sucked in helplessly ...
