Who wins?

Dude, Venom is a class 30+ killing machine with high level of invulnerability to physical damage, Spider-man level speed and agility, symbiote telepathy, shapeshifting, invisibility and razor sharp tendrils that were shown to move faster than bullets. He can take a tank apart with his bare hands in a matter of seconds. Street level humans (even enhanced ones) have no business fighting him without prep. Hell, Spider-man never beats him without some sort of plot device.

Skadi wins.

When did Flash use invisibility? Remember him using shape shifting, gonna have to check but see no reason why he won't be able to. Also apparently symbiotes can now regrow body limbs, body part etc.

Way hates everything with a healing factor.

Ps: forgot about Xavier's brain thing. Well, Venom (Eddie) has shown immunity to tp before.

Yeah, I've seen Bones cutting his skull in half. Probably one of the best regen feats.

Was talking about Flash's encounter with Carnage and Toxin, iirc limbs were flying left and right, Carnage was a talking head at one point and grew back instantly. Also regenerated his prostatic legs.

Red Skull is dangerous. He'd have Venom inside a cell in short order.
