Team 1 is just a little more diverse and get's the win. Both teams have some pretty exotic powers though.

Thor's magic can handle the Ghost Riders magic powers.

Overall Sentry kind of sucks, he has like 3 really high end feats, on average he's no match for Surfer and Thor. Plus, Thor one shot killed his most powerful (unamped) incarnation, and Blue Marvel beat average Sentry.
