Probably the fact that H'el has been consistently shown to be above HHs like Superman.

Admittedly, we don't really know the capabilities of Ultraman but assuming they are at least near the level of Superman team 1 should win this solidly.

Does H'el have any special powers or is he just stronger than Supes

H'el's powers are pretty ill defined. He has the typical kryptonian abilities but he also has others such as TK, teleportation, and a few others.

He has all types of powers like mental control, molecular manipulation, illusion casting, TK, teleportation, and the normal strength, speed, invulnerability, etc...

Team 1 for the solid majority.
