It comes down to Aquaman vs Hulk. The rest will match up and stalemate each other.

Aquaman is a High Herald and he can hurt the Hulk with his trident but he won't win.

Then it's 4 vs 3 and a win for the Avengers.

If this were Earth Prime JLA all the members would be slaughtered except Superman. Superman would then proceed to kill each and every single one of those Avengers by himself.
