She has a huge strength advantage... but if Cap uses his shield right and appropriately then he has a very good fighting chance and can go for the win.

In a forum fight, Cap has no way of winning.

I think with the adamantium shield that Captain America can handle anything. He can manuver and manipulate a person with it until he achieves victory.
