Majestic (when he became one of the Universals) doesn't have any feats to speak of, really......so im not sure how can he win....

Unless we consider the statements about the other universals (being the creators of life in the cosmos), but even they differ in power level.

Majestic's status as a universal should be enough to give him the win... It really should.

But Like operator616 said: given that he acquired no feats to speak of, a feat-based argument obviously cannot be made on his behalf(especially when he's facing a feat-God, like GA Prime.) So yeah, Prime wins.
