2. Thanos. Darkseid will do almost anything, but he's shown on multiple occasions that he will not sacrifice Apokolips to achieve his goals.

5. Thanos currently. Old school Darkseid as he was meant to be (read: Kirby) would wreck him.

-Darkseid. Thanos once destroyed the universe, but he ultimately restored it back to normal after AW gave him a guilt trip. Conversely, Darkseid was enthusiastically flushing the entire multiverse down the cosmic toilet during his 'fall' from the 4th World, and transforming it into a literal hell under his control. He also used the ALE to help him mold the planet's populace to his whim, just for the lulz... Until Superman(and co.) found a way to overcome him, of course. Regardless, he definitely could not have been guilted into restoring the multiverse back to normal(even IF such a feat would have been within his power.)
-Depends what you mean by "all gears and amps." If this includes THOTI or IG, for example, then Thanos obviously takes it.
