Who wins?

Namor's enough of a weak link here to lose it. Assuming the fight is in a city (it's 2 on 1 for Marvel if it's not), then Namor is quickly dispatched and the duo overwhelm Magneto eventually. Apollo is a frequent candidate for lowballing, but he'd hand Namor his ass in short order, as would Jack.
