Really why do you think Bane Batman has 5 hour prep and i think Bull Sye could beat Green arrow

With prep, I think Bats could beat Bane, and Ollie could beat Bullseye.

I still think Bull sye could win with prep he has an advantage

Bane's current push is making him well above street level characters, so unless Bruce takes the batmobile or something i'd be surprised if he can hurt Bane.
