My arguments

The reason I put all of them at their peak is because it'd make the fight less of an unfair one, with Opress totally if not completely outranked since a lot of people here just don't like him. Now, let's talk about Sidious first.

Darth Sidious
Now, Darth Sidious is no doubt a Sith swordmaster and he was trained personally by Darth Plagueis, inheritor of the Rule of Two. This Sith Lord is the epitome of all that Darth Bane strived to become. Darth Sidious's fighting style is fluid and ferocious, rabid and rapid--and also, he doesn't so much defend himself in swordplay as he does pressurize his enemy with attacks. "The best defense is the swiftest offense." His Force power demonstrates years of experience and knowledge, but he has been known not to be on his guard all the times--sometimes, and only few times, he may use too much of his energies and leave himself open, though this might be due to the fact that he's really cocky and sometimes overconfident. Regardless, he takes whatever opportunities he can and is a fighter whose moves you can't always guess. He blitzed three Jedi Masters and though through minor difficulty, defeated Maul and Opress--though Savage was not at his peak. His physical attributes are second only to Opress's, and he has rivaled Yoda himself. But sometimes he's blind to what is in front of him, like the maneuvers of Starkiller or Darth Vader's motives to throw him down into the depths of his own Death Star.

Savage Opress
Savage often enters his Zone when he's given a lot of crap, as shown by his first and only real display against Dooku--which was nearly successful, I might add. Though clumsy in his own ways--like Darth Vader--he has enough lightsaber skill to wield Exar Kun's weapon without ever injuring himself. His physical weight also plays a crucial role, seeing as he was able to floor both Dooku and Ventress. His raw power was enough to rival if not almost eclipse Dooku's own, and it's clear that sometimes his rage can be both a weakness and a strength--and it is a strength, in this case. I might not be surprised if he could defeat the three Council members Sidious handled with ease. He evolved from Dooku's boot-kissing acolyte to a worthy Sith Lord under the guidance of his brother and his Master, Darth Maul. And before he even met Maul, all it took was his willpower to humiliate the pairs of Dooku/Ventress and Obi-Wan/Anakin, and it was impressive that while he fended off those two Jedi Knights, he proceeded to battle in lightsaber combat, but in a way as though he knew exactly how it was supposed to play out. I'd say he is a great assistant to Sidious against two equal Sith that could bring the Dark Lord down, even if it would be achieved through difficulty.

Darth Maul
Darth Maul--Darth Sidious's first apprentice, his disciple, his myrmidon, and the only one resourceful enough to create an Empire so efficient as to rival Sidious's own in the era they both lived in. Maul, like Dooku and Sidious, mastered all the seven forms of lightsaber combat and perfected the art of wielding Exar Kun's saberstaff. Personally, it appears that Maul mixes the most acrobatic and offensive forms with the most vicious ones. Though he uses Jar'Kai and Juyo more often than other forms--since his resurrection, I believe he used Shien/Djem So a bit more--his skills are complimented by the art of Teras Kasi he is no stranger to. Maul's crowning achievements would be the killings of Darsha Assant, Qui-Gon Jinn, Pre Vizsla and his best performance against Darth Sidious. But he's not merely a martial assassin--he has been known to summon Force powers and use them with devastating effect. For instance, at Yellowblade's Landing, he Force choked Obi-Wan Kenobi without effort when he was confronted by the reputably powerful and skilled Jedi Master. He also had the power to bring down entire corridors and starships, he had the strength to tank lightning--and lastly, he penetrated Darth Sidious's own defenses while facing an onslaught of Lightning.

Dooku
Now, this Count is Sidious's second apprentice, and Maul's successor. Even so, when I compare the two, they are nearly if not completely equal. The difference between Maul and Dooku is the way the Count chooses to battle, which is what we'll finally talk about. Dooku prefers swordplay more than Force powers--in this case, anyway. He is the most resourceful fighter in this brawl, and his Telekinetic and Makashi abilities are undeniable as well as unquestionable. Though, he is not invincible--he did not remain subservient to Sidious for no reason. His saber skill rivaled that of Yoda's and Mace Windu's own. His mastery of the Force was highly developed and impeccably bred. Yet, when engaging one like Opress who uses emotions of rage and irritation to empower himself beyond another highly experienced individual, he may find himself in serious trouble. Maul wouldn't have this same issue because he doesn't rely on Force powers too much until he actually needs them.

Sidious solos.

DARTH POWER
Should not be giving Sidious any help. And Opress has proven in the past he can be a potential threat to anyone who isn't Sidious (or Yoda obviously).

Team A destroys. Overkill thread.

Yeah but, all it took for Maul to disarm Opress was two Makashi defense maneuvers and a swift grab...

Yeah but 1 Semi- Force push from Sidious might be all it takes for Opress to easily overpower Maul.

Dooku and Maul together are needed to challenge Sidious. Any help on Sidious's part will make it stomp. Not to mention aid from a beast like Opress.

Mizukage Yoda
If Dooku can hold Sidious back long enough for Maul to take down Savage they'd have a chance. But it's unlikely given Sidious' ability to force pwn Maul. Maul and Dooku vs. Sidious is far more interesting.
