DC Comics Batman versus video game Batman from the Arkham trilogy.

1) Fight takes place in the barbed wire pit from the Jet Li movie Unleashed. Hand to hand only, full costume and upgrades, winner by KO or submission.

2) Fight takes place in the jungle scene of the first Predator film at night where Arnie and Preddy faced off in the finale. Anything goes, all gadgets, full upgrades/health, winner by KO or submission. Both start 100 feet apart.
