might side with him but he needs more feats.

What has he done so far?

I've only seen his appearances when he first showed up in Wolverine

his suit can fly like Iron Man's and he can fire some sort of enegy beam from one of his hands.

Not enough to go on. I used the current version, because he's going to need the armor to compete with Titus, who seems pretty damn fast.

Never seen Titus at all

Silver Samurai's flying ability will give him an advantage i presume.

He was one of the villains in Blackhawks. Healing, upgrades, and super speed. He was a beast. Plus weapons that can cut through pretty much anything.
