In pure power, Cain is much more powerful (able to fight Etrigan). Dracula/Andrew would be an epic fight.

Superman's cells are infused with solar radiation. Thus, any Vamp that is vulnerable to sunlight *should* suffer the same fate as Vlad if they were to bite Supes.
