Markham had more freedom and expression in the way of combat, whereas Nolan Batman was too... tame.

Arkham Batman casually hops 20+ feet to hit someone, can fight dozens of opponents at once, is clearly superhuman because even Croc and Venom fueled Bane clearly felt his hits, etc, etc, etc,... Baleman gets murdered.

Nope not at all. I think that with the intentions the director had Bale was a solid choice.

But that is at you said off topic, and ultimately batman Arkham is simply above Batman Bale in every way.
