Superman.

Batman. Superman doesn't have the skills in prep that Batman does. And Batman doesn't have kryptonite weakness.

Batman has this. When he was born, Dr. Thomas Wayne knew that his son would be twice the man that Superman is. Also, Bruce has spent his entire life honing his mental and physical skills, where did Clark train, ON A FARM!?

While batman is prepping. Supes flies through the batcave in the first two seconds. End fight.

Batman's already spayed the suit's insides with nano particles of Kryptonite, which he got by having Wonder Woman crush Kryptonite between her boobies.

He's got Captain Marvel working with mages to cover Earth in a magical net that will slice Superman into microfibres if he approaches it.

Flash is constantly giving him bursts of oxygen with a tricked out asthma inhaler, at ftl speeds, so that Superman cannot even see it is happening.

All the skyscrapers have been "repaired" by Waynetech and have had Kryptonite nano-particles dusted all over them.

Under the circumstances of that non canon story, yes. But on a forum where both want to defeat the other, Batman loses.

Is a good thing modern writers are more considerate with Batman because back in the pre-crisis era Batman was more often than not the damsel in distress on their comics together.

Since Batman is a great disadvantage in these fights then it only makes sense for only him to have prep (one sided). Now we have a good fight
