Magnus the Red from Warhammer 40,000

Fight starts on the moon, and can span the galaxy.

Round 1, No knowledge of each other.

Round 2, basic knowledge.

Round 3, detailed knowledge.

Magnus can survive the destruction of his body, which is assured to happen. Once that does, how does Hal hold up to mindrape that is a tier above someone who is a tier above a planetary mindrapist? Magnus did this from the other side of the galaxy.

I don't know. I'm just throwing same tier opponents at each other to see if maybe our list is a bit skewed.
